Hi, my name is Damian and I am a systems thinker that centers human experiences to generate insights and co-create solutions. With a particular organizational and operational design with a background in marketing, I lead through listening, adept in product, systems, strategy and innovation design. I take a culturally competent approach to design research and strategy for industry agnostic results.

In addition to freelance consulting, you can find me teaching at Parsons School of Strategic Design and Management , a commissioner with the NYC Mayor's Office on Gender Equity and touring DJ with Dub-Stuy Records.
