Hi, my name is Damian and I am a systems thinker that centers human experiences to generate insights and co-create solutions. As a service designer, I lead through listening, systems analysis, strategy community engagement, and strategic partnerships for innovative design. I take a culturally competent approach to design research and strategy for industry agnostic results.

In addition to freelance consulting, you can find me teaching at Parsons School of Strategic Design and Management , a commissioner with the NYC Mayor's Office on Gender Equity and touring DJ with Dub-Stuy Records.
